- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer requirements, solution designs, integration workflows, and implementation plans.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers during and after implementation to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of ZINFI’s solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Based on customer feedback and industry trends, identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to ZINFI’s solutions.Skills Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on solution architecture, system integration, or similar positions, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions that involve integration with third-party systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and SAP.
- Strong technical background in partner relationship management, SaaS applications, and automation solutions.Education:
