Mission

  • Vous gérez l’équipe du Support des Systèmes d’Information (Service Desk & Field Service) pour en assurer le bon fonctionnement, l’organisation et son développement.
  • Vous coordonnez la prise en charge, la priorisation et la résolution des demandes et incidents .
  • Vous effectuez la communication interne relative aux Systèmes d’Information et analysez les indicateurs clés.
  • Vous développez et optimisez les services, les processus et les documentations des Systèmes d’Information.
  • Vous participez au développement et à la mise en place de la stratégie des Systèmes d’Information.

Profil

Profil recherché

Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) en informatique ou jugées équivalentes.

 

3 ans minimum en qualité de responsable de support informatique dans la grande distribution, un atout, avec une gestion d’équipe.

 

Français (couramment)

Allemand (excellentes connaissances)

Excellentes qualités relationnelles, capacité à interagir avec tous types d’interlocuteurs.

 

Ouverture d’esprit et sens du service.

Résistance au stress et adaptabilité aux fluctuations de rythmes de travail.

Certification ITIL

 

Compétences minimum attendues :

  • 3 ans minimum en qualité de responsable de support informatique avec gestion d'équipe
  • Idéalement, une expérience dans la grande distribution
  • Allemand courant
