Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. Daily tasks include assisting customers, coordinating with team members, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and in-depth Product Knowledge
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
