Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stake holders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing analytical insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.Day to day involvement with the development team to review and understand the FSD, write BRD and Testing documents.Qualifications & Required Skills:Trade or Capital Markets Broker/Dealer Surveillance solutions implementation or development experience in a cohesive environment comprising and experience required on:Oracle or MS-SQL DatabaseActimize AIS, RCM, and Trade Surveillance solutions experienceSMARTS Trade Surveillance solutions experienceActimize ERCM for alerts ingestion and integration development experienceSales Practices Modles for Trade SurveillanceDomain knowledge of Trade Surveillance and in general compliance knowledgeHands on experience on writing exceptional and complex SQL queries and proceduresHands on experience on using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM etc.Ability and experience of working in Scrum agile methodologyExperience to work with the teams on global presenceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Should be able to work independently to result high quality deliverables, covering both functional and non functional requirementsWork with internal teams and client resources to be able to assist in release migrationsGeneral Characteristics of Success:Possess the necessary skillset to quickly learn new technologies and the analytical skills required to drive critical issues to resolution within our team and/or in collaboration with external teams.Effective prioritization skills.Desires to work in a dynamic technical application environment to provide excellent testing resultsGood ability to convey technical information to an audience with various levels of technical knowledge, including a business user base that may lack a deep understanding of application technology.High sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.Ability and willingness to operate within tightly controlled policies and procedures.Demonstrated technical competencies.Good analytical and communications skillsMatrix Global Services is a leading multinational corporation that provides innovative and comprehensive solutions in technology, consulting, and outsourcing.
