Roles & Responsibilities:

Actively integrate the business strategy with people success practices for organizational effectiveness and identify new ways to support business strategy

Build credible and effective working relationships with employees and managers through effective communication, discussions, and training as appropriate and coach to build leadership capabilities

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to line managers and employees, also suggest new strategies as appropriate

Provides day-to-day guidance and support to line managers on people processes, and development tools like coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.

Plan, execute, manage, and evaluate different HR initiatives and strategies that address the organization's human resources requirements

Provide inputs and implement appropriate employee engagement and reward and recognition strategies

Retention Management – Actively initiate retention strategies and retention talks with resigned candidates

Work with other HR Owners to facilitate smooth implementation & coordination of policies and procedures and work to create business solutions

Review key business targets and their related talent implication with business leaders

HR reporting and analytics, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

Need to engage, and influence stakeholders.

Requirements:

Curiosity and demonstrated ability to work in unconventional ways as required.

Proven relevant experience (2-4 years) as HRBP for Tech Teams preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.

Excellent communicator, team player, well organized and outcome-oriented.

Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis.

Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data.

Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply data-driven decisions.

Ability to solicit employee inputs and anticipate concerns, need for change, etc.

Expert level in MS Word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint presentations are a must.
