Job Title : Senior Accounts / Financial Manager (Australia Accounts - CFO)

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India


Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Finance/Accounts Manager to lead their finance team and play a pivotal role in driving business success.


Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Supervise the finance team and oversee timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P & L account, payables and receivables, and other financial reports as per accounting standards.
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, 3-way forecast models (eg: Modano) working capital, and company audits
  • Competence in payroll, BAS (Business Activity Statement).
  • Profound understanding of software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and adept utilization for fortifying internal financial controls.(eg: avoid double entry, avoid double payment, paying to incorrect bank account, clean bank reconciliations, clean debtors/creditors ledgers, clear understanding of chart of accounts, solid understanding of month end trial balance reconciliation with working papers proving each balance)
  • Expertise in KPI dashboarding with PowerBI (Knowledge of DAX).
  • Knowledgeable in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables), Power Query is highly desirable.
  • To manage finance including cash flows and the working capital needs.
  • To ensure all statutory compliances.
  • Implement robust cash flow reporting processes, proactively devising strategies for optimum cash management.
  • Regularly evaluate and enhance financial performance metrics and KPIs, instigating improvements as required.
  • Facilitate transparent communication of financial insights to the board and key stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field is mandatory.
  • CPA or CA or CMA is Highly Preferable.
  • Proven experience in Australian Accounts is a prerequisite.
  • 7+ years of substantial experience in finance.
  • Excellent proficiency in English-speaking skills.
