• Be instrumental in charting out the product's journey, closely working with the engineering team to decide the 'why', 'when', and 'what'. Work with cross-functional teams with conviction, from the germ of the product idea to its grand debut.
• Master the intricacies of the release process, synchronizing every essential step to seamlessly introduce the product to the marketplace.
• Delve deep into managing and prioritizing product elements, acquainting yourself with the entire spectrum of workflows, from idea inception to its refinement.
• Forge connections with stakeholders within and outside the organization, spanning sales, marketing, customer service, and partners, to gather feedback and align product aspirations.

• Possesses knowledge of EX, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Quality Management Systems.
• Demonstrates keen analytical prowess and problem-solving capacity, with a penchant for decisions backed by data. • Articulates thoughts effectively, with exemplary communication and presentation flair, capable of breaking down intricate topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
