Job Summary :- We are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Digital Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, handling sales inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective clients.This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
(1) Digital Marketing :- (a)Develop,implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email Marketing, SEO, SEM). (b) Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. (c) Manage and update the company's online presence, ensuring brand consistency and visibility. (d) Stay updated with the latest trends and best Practices in digital marketing. (2) Sales and Client Management :- (a) Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our products/services. (b) Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our offerings and generating leads. (c) Follow up with leads to convert them into clients, maintaining a high level of customer service. (d) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. (e) Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress against targets. (3) Qualification :- (a)Experience minimum 1 year (b)Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation. (c)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telemarketing or customer service
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
(d)Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
