You will beA core part of the Analytics Team Accountable for driving analytics and Modeling projects from start to finishAccountable for building AI products from start to finishEngaged in a variety of teams, projects, and aspects of the Consumer Finance BusinessPrincipal Accountabilities:• Work with cross functional leadership team to define problem statements and solution approaches that cover a range of analytical and modeling competencies • Work with Ops, Product, Credit and Risk team members to refine and build solutions • Listen to, communicate with, and help drive understanding of analytics approaches as well as insights amongst leadership • Support your analytics and team members to ensure they are able to achieve their objectives and the broader goals (i.e. be a team player that is ready to plug in where needed) QualificationsMinimum Qualification required: Work Experience 1+ to 4+ years of relevant experience in machine learning or deep learningSkillsTechnical SkillsProficient in Python/R frameworks for machine learning. Proficient in SQLGood understanding of ML opsProficient in Data Visualization in Python/RProficient in Statistical modelling techniques and Machine Learning AlgorithmsMust have delivered one or more data science product(s) in production.Must be completely hands on
