Job Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Meta Business portfolio, including business verification tasks.
- Create and set up Meta App, integrating WhatsApp Business APIs and Embedded Signup flows.
- Complete business verification and ensure platform compliance with Meta requirements.
- Coordinate with Solution Partners to configure multi-partner or embedded solutions.
- Develop and test integrations, including on boarding clients and managing messaging templates.
- Troubleshoot on boarding, API, or template-related issues with Meta and partner support.
- Document system changes and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Knowledge of channel compliance, data privacy, and template management.
- Ability to handle on boarding and customer workflow integrations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
- Exposure to embedded signup, on boarding flows, and multi-partner solutions.
- Project management and clear communication skills.
