We are seeking aSenior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience , with deep expertise inVeeva RIMand proven experience in theLife Sciencesdomain. You willlead data remediation and migration activitiesand guide business teams on best practices to ensure a smooth and efficientmigration to Veeva using the migration-center.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert knowledge ofVeeva RIM object models , data structures, joins, and dependencies.Advise stakeholders on best practices fordata structures, remediation, and migration readiness .Partner with technical teams to review data extracts, conductbusiness validation , and resolve data issues.Identify and addressdata gaps, inconsistencies, and anomaliesbefore migration.Define required fields and columns for Veeva imports.Prepare and maintainExcel-based remediation sheetsusing advanced formulas for data transformation and validation.Generate and executeVeeva loader sheets , troubleshoot errors, and support end-to-end data loading.Act as abridge between business and technical teamsto ensure clarity and quality throughout the migration.Support labeling and broaderRIM-related activitiesas needed.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensivehands-on experience with Veeva RIM , including object models and loader sheets.Strong background inLife Sciences regulatory data management .ExcellentExcel skills(formulas, validation, forms).Strong analytical ability toquery, interpret, and validate data .Excellent communication skills to work with both business and technical teams.Proven experience indata remediation and stewardshipin regulatory contexts.Familiarity withmigration-centeror similar tools is an advantage.Knowledge oflabeling and RIM processesis beneficial.Senior or consultant-level experience on similar projects is required.
