Role: Veeva CRM - TestingExperience: 5-8 yrsLocation: Pan IndiaNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysKey Responsibilities- Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications - Validate workflows including approval chains content publishing and analytics tracking - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios - Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans JIRA or similar - Ensure compliance with industry regulations eg FDA GxP during testing cycles - Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution - Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger Fiddler or browser developer toolsRequired Skills- Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules eg Veeva RIM Vault MedComms - Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms Azure preferred - Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium Cucumber and scripting languages Java Groovy - Knowledge of analytics validation and cross browser platform testing
