About the Role We’re expanding globally and looking for a sharp, well-connected Export Manager with solid experience in industrial piping — not domestic plumbing or conduit products. If you’ve built markets for HDPE/MDPE/PVC water/gas pipes, we want you. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors/importers in: Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia & South America (US/EU excluded due to licensing restrictions) Drive pricing negotiations, commercial terms, contracts, and distributor margins Liaise with factory & technical teams to ensure delivery commitments and customer satisfaction Track global tenders, government projects, and competitor movement Represent the company at international trade shows and sales trips Own export sales targets and territory expansion strategy ✅ No responsibility for export documentation/logistics — strong back end support already in place Must-Have Requirements 1️⃣ 5+ years in exports for a manufacturing company 2️⃣ Experience selling industrial HDPE / MDPE / PVC pipes (water & gas) 3️⃣ Proven track record managing B2B distributors/importers in overseas markets Strong Preferences Experience with government utilities or PSUs (e.g., IGL, GSPL) executing global pipeline projects Understanding of agricultural water infrastructure and industrial piping specifications Ability to travel internationally (30–50%) Skills & Attributes Confident commercial negotiator with strong communication chops Technically conversant in pipe specs, standards & applications (factory handles manufacturing & deep tech) Self-driven, culturally adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones Education Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering; MBA preferred.
