Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Export Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and managing our international sales operations within the dynamic chemical manufacturing industry. As an export sales manager, you will leverage Indias strategic location and the company's strong industry standing to enhance our market presence globally. Knowledge in chemical export and agrochemical export is essential for excelling in this role. Qualifications and Skills Proficient understanding of international trade regulations to ensure compliance and efficient trade operations. (Mandatory skill) Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to manage and build relationships with international clients. (Mandatory skill) Expertise in export documentation, ensuring all paperwork is precise and complies with international standards. (Mandatory skill) Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and tracking sales data effectively. Foreign language proficiency to facilitate easier communication with international clients and stakeholders. Capability to develop market entry strategies for new international markets and expand the company's global footprint. Experience with SAP ERP to streamline and automate exporting processes and enhance productivity. Understanding of global supply chain management to optimize the logistics and delivery of products abroad. Knowledge of chemical and agrochemical export processes and regulations. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to drive sales growth and market expansion. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to understand global market demands, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Prepare and execute successful sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Liaise with the production, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Manage all aspects of export documentation and ensure adherence to legal frameworks in international trade. Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility and build networks. Monitor sales and market performance metrics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Utilize expertise in chemical and agrochemical export to bolster sales strategies and compliance.
