Position: Business Development Manager
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategic initiatives. This role involves a mix of lead generation, client engagement, market analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify potential markets, customers, and partnerships
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business reach.
2) Recruiting Agents
Recruit Agents on a commission basis
Train agents in effective sales strategies, including lead generation, pitching, and closing techniques.
3) Lead Generation and Qualification:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Qualify leads and assess their potential to align with the company’s offerings.
4) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Address client needs and provide solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
5) Sales and Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
6) Market and Competitor Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
7) Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies.
Set clear goals and track progress against key performance indicators.
8)  Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales pipelines.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
9. Networking and Brand Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the industry.

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Analytical skills to assess market trends and business performance.

Minimum Graduation
Experience:
