Job Summary:

We are hiring a Hotel & Restaurant Booking Consultant for our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will have experience managing reservations, handling customer queries, and coordinating with hotel and restaurant partners. Excellent communication in Tamil and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle hotel and restaurant bookings for individual and corporate clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide suitable options
  • Coordinate with hotels and restaurants for reservations and confirmations
  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, or walk-ins
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and outstation hotel/restaurant options
  • Manage booking records and prepare confirmation details
  • Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service
  • Fluency in Tamil and strong English communication skills
  • Familiarity with reservation tools or hotel booking systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle client requests efficiently
  • Attention to detail, time management, and a customer-first approach
  • Basic knowledge of popular hotels and restaurants in Tamil Nadu & South India is a plus
