Job Summary:

• As an SEO Specialist youwill play a crucial role in improving organic search visibilitydriving website traffic and enhancing online presence for theorganization.

• Leveragingyour expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques andbest practices you will develop and implement strategies tooptimize website content structure and performance ensuringalignment with search engine algorithms and user intent.

• Your goal will be to increasewebsite rankings attract target audiences and generate highqualityorganic traffic through search engines.

Responsibilities:

• Conductkeyword research to identify relevant search terms phrases andtopics with high search volume and user intent related to theorganizations products services and industry.

• Optimize website content including landingpages product pages blog posts and meta tags for target keywordsand search engine relevance ensuring readability relevance and userengagement.

• Develop and implementonpage SEO strategies including title tags meta descriptions headertags and internal linking structures to improve websitecrawlability indexability and ranking.

• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and addresswebsite issues such as crawl errors broken links duplicate contentsite speed and mobile responsiveness impacting search engineperformance.

• Collaborate with webdevelopers content creators and marketing teams to implement SEOrecommendations resolve technical issues and optimize websitearchitecture and navigation for search engines and users.

• Monitor andAnalyse website performance metrics organic search traffic keywordrankings and user behaviour using analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics Google Search Console and thirdparty SEO software.

• Track and report on key SEOperformance indicators trends and insights and provide actionablerecommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

• Stay updated on search enginealgorithms industry trends and best practices in SEO andproactively identify opportunities for website optimization andcompetitive advantage.

• Researchand Analyse competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify gapsopportunities and areas for differentiation in organic searchresults.

• Collaborate with contentmarketing teams to develop SEOfriendly content strategies createhighquality optimized content assets and promote content throughlinkbuilding and outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in marketing Communications Information Technology orrelated field.

• Proven experience as anSEO Specialist SEO Analyst or similar role with a demonstrabletrack record of improving organic search performance and websiterankings.

• Indepth knowledge ofsearch engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practicesincluding onpage optimization technical SEO and offpageoptimization techniques.

• Proficiencyin SEO tools and software such as Google Analytics Google SearchConsole SEMrush Moz Ahrefs or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability toAnalyse data interpret insights and make datadriven decisions tooptimize SEO strategies and tactics.

• Excellent understanding of website architecture HTML CSSand JavaScript with the ability to identify and troubleshoottechnical SEO issues.

• Experiencewith content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress Drupal orJoomla and familiarity with website development and deploymentprocesses.

• Effective communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionallywith web developers content creators and marketing teams to achieveSEO objectives.

• Detailoriented mindsetwith a focus on accuracy thoroughness and adherence to SEO bestpractices in all optimization activities.
