Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing BTL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and engage with our target audience, channel partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector, as well as strong project management and creative skills.


Locations - Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore



Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies that effectively promote our products, including on-ground activations, brand promotions, and customer outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure that BTL activities are aligned with the company’s objectives and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute BTL campaigns.
  • Customer/Partner Engagement:
  • Design and execute customer/partner engagement initiatives including events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent communication of product information across all BTL channels.
  • Plan partner office brandings and innovative ideas for brand recall and relationship building.
  • Branch Management:
  • Monitor and manage branch branding hygiene by regularly checking and ensuring quality of all branding material
  • Meet with sales team to understand the business challenges and plan promotional plans to boost sales.
  • Innovate & implement effective internal communication strategies to keep the team informed about ongoing campaigns
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Visit assigned locations & conduct market research to understand customer/partner needs, preferences, and behaviours that can be used while planning campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse the performance of BTL activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Activation:
  • Drive brand awareness through targeted BTL activations that address specific customer pain points and financial needs.
  • Ensure constant improvement in partner engagement and relationship management, effective dissemination of product information, and campaign awareness through targeted BTL activities.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and manage events such as channel partner meets, PR meets and collaborate with HR for internal events as well.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, pre-communication, innovations and show execution. The candidate should have a fair understanding of event planning & execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare detailed reports on BTL campaign performance, including metrics such as customer acquisition, engagement rates, reach and sales impact.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, media or a related field.
  • Should be comfortable in traveling to the assigned locations.
  • 2-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
