The role is to meet the IT Service Management requirements for one of the account in HLS domain. The person has to meet the work demand rise in the area of New Business Service Introduction in IT workplace, Change Management and Release management.
Tools & Certification
ITSM Tools ,ServiceNow hands on is must Agile ,JIRA, Confluence
Any quality compliance experience is a plus ITSM Process background Incident, Problem, Change, Release, CMDB is essential to meet the BAU
ITIL Certification atleast foundation is preferred
Release Manager
Scheduling managing and coordinating releases across multiple applications with different teams (Testing, Quality Managers, ATS managers) and projects.
Managing successful delivery of each release through applying appropriate control, management and governance through the platform adopted Change and Release Processes.
Mostly a BAU approach but if any new process to be adopted apart from BAU, it will be discussed and documented in the confluence page.
ECN: Develop and maintain communication plan of Change and Release to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Accountable for WPL - Work Product Log work with ITQM to list out the documents/deliverables supported for a release (Both GxP & Non-GxP)
Appropriate release versioning control
Govern the Self-Service Ingestion release process between SDF & 3DP teams Primary Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type Experienced Primary Skills Project Management Years of Experience 8 Travel No
