Job Title: Senior Production Associate / Manager - Accessories (embroidery)

Location: Kolkata


Mandatory Experience - Embroidery experience is must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end production process of embroidery bags
  • Work closely with the design and sourcing team to select the appropriate raw materials ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
  • Track consumption and costing of multiple materials and processes including fabric & non fabric materials, embroidery, dye and printing, computer work , manual work and highlights,


Preferred Skill s:

  • Proficient in various embroidery techniques
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards
  • Ability to spot and rectify defects during production process
  • Total Exp - 8-15yrs
  • NIFT background is preferred.
