Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction & interior projects, including budgeting, construction management, and project management. Daily tasks will include overseeing project progress, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
Qualifications
Excellent project coordination and management skills
Experience in BOQ preparation, QS, Billing, Rate & Cost analysis is a must for Construction & Interior Projects.
Experience in construction project management and budgeting
Strong understanding of construction management and project management principles
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with construction software and technology tools
Knowledge of local and state building codes and regulations is a plus
