Location - Hyderabad Experience : 5 - 12 Years Working mode - Hybrid Notice : Immediate to 30 Days · Familiar with end-to-end Salesforce development processes · Adjusts easily to new or changing circumstances. · A collaborative utility player mentality (low ego) with a proactive sense of curiosity · Focuses on achieving results that promote business success. · Demonstrate proactive and professional communication skills with all stakeholders and partners · Maintain a professional, adaptable, and respectful manner · Provide high quality service to all users Responsibilities: · Should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development, etc Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end-users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories. Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members. Should have experience in Native & Customized reports. Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed. Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester. Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner. Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed. Hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage
