Business Solutions Lead, Strategy & Consulting Services (Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions)

You will be responsible to


Responsibilities:


  • Strategize, lead and design functional solution development for new business acquisition activities related to Indegene’s consulting portfolio of solutions, including strategy consulting, execution consulting, benchmarking and assessment engagements.
  • Drive business development and solutions design across the strategy consulting services portfolio :
  • Digital Transformation: Organizational assessment & design, Digital maturity roadmap consulting, digital factory engagements
  • Customer Experience Solutions: CX benchmarking & recommendations, Omnichannel Strategy Framework, Customer Experience Quotient
  • Change Management: Implementation framework design, enterprise change management, market rollout strategy
  • Commercial Strategy for Lifesciences: Global to local execution model design, Enterprise capability model design
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation, and consultative mindset for RFPs and other client engagement avenues.
  • Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs, aligning them with Indegene's service propositions, operating model designs, effort estimations, timeline, pricing.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to the overall pipeline development.
  • Drive end-to-end bid management for consulting deals, author proposal responses, and actively lead proposal defence discussions, pricing negotiations, and SOW closures.
  • Lead ideation sessions with internal leadership teams to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.
  • Articulate Indegene's value proposition to clients through written proposals and live presentations.
  • Drive business reviews, manage overall pipeline, opportunity tracking and governance with leadership on monthly reporting on order booking.
  • Identify and execute measures to drive pipeline for consulting services, by working collaboratively with Global business/SME team and sales leadership at an enterprise level.
  • Design & drive quarterly and yearly initiatives aimed towards improving top line growth, client scalability and new consulting packages being launched.
  • Navigate complex decision-making among a large set of cross-functional stakeholders.



Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Proven experience in consulting services industry with track record of working in cross-functional global ecosystem
  • Strong expertise in solutioning, pricing models, and bid management for Consulting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experienced in designing consulting frameworks linked to enterprise level strategy projects



Must have:


  • MBA graduate with overall 6-10 years’ experience in the areas of consulting and business development.
  • Prior experience in driving consulting and strategy services focused on digital transformation and customer experience solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with defining operating model, project roadmap, program plan for strategy, execution consulting and change management programs.
  • Experienced in pricing estimations, client discovery discussions and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in bid management, solution design, client presentations and legal agreements (SOWs)
  • Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem will be preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
