Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and accessible content for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Product Marketing Commercial PC is a B2B marketing communication role.

  • Write and edit technical documents, user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Analyze import data files into systemic data on excel (and Power BI)
  • Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to gather information and understand product details.
  • Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and formatting guidelines.
  • Support content localization and customization if needed.

Qualifications:

  • .preferably Engineering background
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts or products.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Markdown, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical communication functions
