The role of a Delivery Head is to ensure that our company delivers high-quality services that meet client expectations and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Experience: 10-15+ Years

Salary: INR 19-24 LPA

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore


Here are the key responsibilities and roles for this position:


Strategic Planning and Execution:


  • Developing Delivery Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies for delivering digital marketing services efficiently.
  • Resource Planning: Allocate resources (human, financial, and technological) effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.


Team Leadership and Management


  • Leading POD Leads: Oversee and guide the team leads (POD leads) responsible for different
  • client accounts or service lines.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback
  • and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development to
  • enhance team capabilities.


Project Management


  • Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.


Client Relationship Management


  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Client Satisfaction: Regularly gather and act on client feedback to improve service quality and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Quality Assurance


  • Service Quality: Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.


Reporting and Analysis


  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance data to make informed decisions and optimize service delivery.


Coordination and Communication


  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, creative, technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with clients.


Budget and Financial Management


  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the budget for service delivery, ensuring cost- effectiveness and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Innovation and Trends
  • Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the firm remains competitive.
  • Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation within the team to explore new strategies and tools that enhance service delivery.
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery


Experience Required:


  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience and knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Agency Experience: At least 8+ years working in a digital agency.
  • Team Management: Minimum 8+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Client Interaction: Proven experience in direct client interactions.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a history of delivering projects on
  • time and within budget.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing team
  • members.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for digital marketing delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience in ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing services.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
