One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Finance to build and grow the finance team.ResponsibilitiesDrive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendorsDrive strong financial controls and processes for the businessManage regional tax reportingManage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationshipsHelp the founders with budgeting, forecasting, and business planningHelp the founders with financial and investor reportingQualificationsAt least 8 to 10 years of experienceCA/CPA preferredSomeone with Fintech/Financial Services experience is criticalSomeone with a big 4 background would be advantageousPrior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageousSomeone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground upPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
