Role: Delivery Head - ServiceNow

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Responsibilities:


Responsible for Delivery, Driving growth and profitability of the ServiceNow practice

Responsible for developing and delivering strategies and solution for SNOW engagements

Designing, solutions / Pre-Sales proposals for Business Service Management deals

Responsible for forecasting revenue, budgeting and managing costs.

Ensure delivery of support at highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance to the support SLA

Meeting Technical Services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-set

Monitoring customer project progress and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction though

Build knowledge bases and best practices across the board to ensure success of Technical Services delivery

Build customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellence



Desired profile:


18 – 22 years of experience

Expertise in solutioning, presales, delivery and capability building

Network knowledge and experience is preferred though not mandatory

Experience across ITSM | ITAM | ITOM and multiple modules in SNOW

Implementation experience in SNOW
