Job Responsibilties:
The Head of Delivery, Insurance will plan, direct and oversee , ensuring development and implementation of efficient Opearations and cost effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Will be responsible to:
- Ensure high quality and consistent delivery.
- Look out for continous imporvements of processess and improve productivity / quality.
- Smooth & efficient on-boarding of clients.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and risks across the organization
- Participate & assist in all audits (Internal/ External)
- Monitor & ensure client relationship are well managed through active and regular engagements.
- Supervise, mentor teams - monitor and measure the teams performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in handling delivery from Insurance , BPO domain
- Excellent communication with good stakeholder and people management skills
Location: Chennai
