Weekly discussion about top leakage driver, action taken and effect of improvement. B)Improve Customer Experience(CX) : Analysis of top drivers impacting CX & development of an action plan. Tracking of Non-Promoters for buyer and non-buyers, Tracking of detractor recovery by Sales Manager, Ensuring Sales Process adherence & usage if digital tools.
