ACME MEP Services , a dynamic engineering firm specializing in engineering services (MEP & HVAC), is seeking a talented HVAC Draughtsman to join our team in Mumbai, India.


Position: HVAC Draughtsman

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: Minimum 3 years


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and schematics for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping layouts, and equipment placement.
  2. Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings that meet project requirements and specifications.
  3. Review architectural and mechanical drawings to ensure compatibility with HVAC designs and identify potential conflicts or issues.
  4. Assist in the preparation of material take-offs, equipment schedules, and project documentation.
  5. Stay informed about industry standards, codes, and best practices related to HVAC design and drafting.
  6. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of deliverables.


Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant course in HVAC Drafting.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, with a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.
  3. Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components, including duct sizing, pipe sizing, and air distribution principles.
  4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in drafting work.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
