About Us: LCX.com is a secure and compliant platform for buying, selling, transferring, and storing digital currency. The LCX Exchange is a regulated trading venue offering a range of digital currencies. LCX is a Fintech company that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings and advanced trading tools. In 2020 LCX has gained regulatory approval of 8 blockchain-related registrations by the Financial Market Authority. LCX was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).
Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer who can lead our design team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, a passion for solving complex design problems, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion, ensuring a user-centered approach.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for the user experience and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing a team of designers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
