The Role:

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our e-learning platform. You'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that not only look great but also guide learners seamlessly through their educational journey.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand learner needs and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platform components (landing pages, course dashboards, learning modules, etc.).
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
  • Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various website components (client dashboards and Freelancers' dashboards).


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven track record of creating user-centered designs for web and e-learning platforms (a plus).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
  • A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work independently while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and tools.


Bonus points:

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and online learning experiences.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past design projects.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA
  • Full-time work-from-office position in Dwarka Sec 13, Delhi.
