Rehabilitation/Retrofitting of Structures, and Solar structures. We specialize in the optimal design of structural systems of wind turbines using state-of-the-art finite element methods.


QUALIFICATION:


Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

The candidate should have a strong background of wind sector with a focus on operation and maintenance of WTG.

· Maintaining Safety, Health, and Environment system & ISO standard.

· Installation of wind turbines.

· Bearing replacement activity on top.

Minimum 3 years experience in wind Industry for O & M.

· Participate WTG site inspection activities for WTG installation until mechanical completion.

· Trouble shooting at the time of break down and provide utility support.

· Planning for erection activities, cranes, material storage, manpower before starting of a project (according to the number of wind energy converters.).

· Leading the multiple Teams / Subcontractors to ensure the quality work as per targeted schedule (time & cost).

· Calibrations of torque wrench and power tools on regular basis.

· Supervising project activities, handling the complete cycle of WTG installation & execution of the projects.

· Co-ordination with Civil & Electrical activities.

· Ensure the quality control of WTG material received from the plant as well as quality assurance.

· Continuous following up with the vendor, clients & contractors involved in the project.

· Partially Threading & Final threading.

· Nacelle preparation & Nacelle erection.

· Hub preparation & Rotor Erection.

· Check all received materials physically.

· Check physical status, Damages, Shortage with received from Yard.

· Maintain store as per 5S process.

· Planning of movement of crane & trailers with material.

· Road survey for crane movement and WTG components

· Giving Technical training to the employees regarding the new instruction to achieve good SIQA rating during audit.

· Planning & arranging of all material (like as

Machine, Blade –Set, Erection container) and tools.

· Participate to site meeting regularly with site team members.

· Execute and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance of wind turbines.
