Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Workday Recruit, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes. Configuration and Customization: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Workday Recruit to configure and customize the platform to meet the organization's unique talent acquisition needs. System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Workday Recruit functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to authority on Workday Recruit, providing expert guidance to HR and recruitment teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday Recruit features and functionalities. Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, offering timely support and troubleshooting for Workday Recruit-related concerns. Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, updates, and Workday releases to recommend and implement new features that align with organizational objectives. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday Recruit configurations, processes, and best practices.
