Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell air purifiers to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, medical staff, and other stakeholders to drive sales, increase market penetration, and create awareness of the product's health benefits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for healthcare and wellness products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market air purifiers to doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features, benefits, and health advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to suggest strategies for growth.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events to create brand visibility.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems with client interactions.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare equipment, or consumer durable sales (air purifiers, medical devices preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also be considered.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Good presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹34,453.16 per month
