We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager  who can create impactful strategies to market our subscription plans and effectively engage business owners. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:


• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.


• Define clear GTM objectives and success metrics.

2. Product Positioning & Messaging:


• Develop compelling messaging highlighting Biizline's unique value proposition to different business segments.


• Create user-friendly content to explain our app's features and benefits.

3. Market Research & Customer Insights:


• Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, behaviours, and needs.


• Use customer insights to refine messaging and enhance product features.

4. Campaign Development:


• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, email, and events.


• Drive subscription growth for Gold and Premium plans by highlighting key benefits.

5. Collaboration:


• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and achieve monthly targets.


• Partner with the product team to align marketing efforts with new feature rollouts.

6. Analytics & Reporting:


• Track and analyze campaign performance.


• Use data to optimize marketing efforts and achieve ROI.

Qualifications


• Experience:  3-5 years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.


• Education:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Skills


• Strong understanding of Indian B2B market dynamics.


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.


• Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.


• Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
