Based in our Mumbai office, the ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the management, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives, particularly in talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.This role requires a deep understanding of the technical workforce, combined with robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and modern HR practices. You will be instrumental in attracting top-tier engineering and construction talent, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Management:Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.Develop and implement innovative strategies to spot and acquire talent at scale, specifically for technical roles (Civil Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, etc.).Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Labour Law & Statutory Compliance:Ensure 100% compliance with all central and state labour laws, including but not limited to the Factories Act, PF & ESI regulations, Contract Labour Act, and
