About the Role:

We are seeking an
experienced Azure Data Engineer
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Fabric
to design and deliver modern data solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing
data pipelines
, integrating large-scale data from multiple sources, and enabling advanced analytics using
Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory
.

This role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the drive to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of
    data pipelines and ETL workflows
    using
    Microsoft Fabric
    as the primary platform.
  • Develop and optimize data processing solutions in
    Azure Databricks
    using
    PySpark, Scala, and SQL/PySQL
    .
  • Create and manage
    Notebooks
    for advanced data analysis and transformations.
  • Integrate and orchestrate data pipelines using
    Azure Data Factory (ADF)
    .
  • Collaborate with BI, analytics, and business teams to design scalable
    data models
    .
  • Ensure
    data quality, accuracy, and governance
    across all solutions.
  • Continuously optimize workloads for
    cost, performance, and scalability
    in Azure.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • 6+ years
    of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric
    (must-have).
  • Strong experience with
    Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Scala, SQL/PySQL, and Notebooks
    .
  • Proven ability to design and manage
    large-scale data pipelines
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data modeling, ETL concepts, and performance optimization
    .
  • Azure Certified Data Engineer
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to
    Power BI or Qlik integration
    with Fabric.
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    (CI/CD pipelines, version control).
  • Experience in
    cloud cost optimization
    for data platforms.
