High levelWe are seeking an innovative and visionary Head of Product Engineering to join our organization. The IT Technology Leader will be responsible for shaping and driving our technology strategy, overseeing the implementation of advanced IT solutions, and leading a team of skilled IT professionals. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with extensive technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a strong commitment to leveraging technology to achieve business goals. The role would require leadership across product development, implementation, innovation and skill development.

Experience - 15yrs - 20yrs

What you will do

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectivesProvide technology leadership and guidance to the team and clientsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and maintain the company at the forefront of the technology evolutionEnsure the technology portfolio is robust, scalable, and secureIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantageDefine and drive HealthBuzz platform technology, architecture and solution roadmapDevelop project plans, allocate resources, and track progressRecruit, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staffPromote continuous learning and professional development within the teamConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedbackDevelop and enforce best engineering policies, procedures, and practicesCommunicate IT strategy, initiatives, and performance to executive leadership and other stakeholders

Desired skills/experience

Some of the Technical skills expected:.Net. .Netcore and related emerging technologiesDB, SQL and associated technologiesCloud technologiesDevOps and CI technologiesTech Architecture, Design and Solution developmentAngular, React and other Front end technologiesMobile technologiesAI ML, BigDataOther requirements:Should have played the role of Tech Arch, Technology leaderHandled mid to large size IT teamsPreferable in Core insurance platform development would be an added advantageGo getter who can drive organizational changeExperience in CMM-L3 and above and has deep knowledge and hands-on experience in processes driven developmentGood communication skill and comfortable with public speaking
