We are seeking an innovative and visionary Head of Product Engineering to join our organization. The IT Technology Leader will be responsible for shaping and driving our technology strategy, overseeing the implementation of advanced IT solutions, and leading a team of skilled IT professionals. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with extensive technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a strong commitment to leveraging technology to achieve business goals. The role would require leadership across product development, implementation, innovation and skill development.

Experience - 15yrs - 20yrs

What you will do

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives2. Provide technology leadership and guidance to the team and clients3. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and maintain the company at the forefront of the technology evolution4. Ensure the technology portfolio is robust, scalable, and secure5. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage6. Define and drive HealthBuzz platform technology, architecture and solution roadmap7. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress8. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staff9. Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback11. Develop and enforce best engineering policies, procedures, and practices12. Communicate IT strategy, initiatives, and performance to executive leadership and other stakeholders

Desired skills/experience

Some of the Technical skills expected:

- .Net. .Netcore and related emerging technologies- DB, SQL and associated technologies- Cloud technologies- DevOps and CI technologies- Tech Architecture, Design and Solution development- Angular, React and other Front end technologies- Mobile technologies- AI ML, BigData

Other requirements:

1. Should have played the role of Tech Arch, Technology leader2. Handled mid to large size IT teams3. Preferable in Core insurance platform development would be an added advantage4. Go getter who can drive organizational change5. Experience in CMM-L3 and above and has deep knowledge and hands-on experience in processes driven development6. Good communication skill and comfortable with public speaking
