Administrative & Operations Associate

to handle essential operational tasks and ensure our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Administration:Manage customer invoices.Manage & followup on payment dues.Process vendor bill payments and expense reimbursements.

Human Resources Support:Manage employee onboarding and records.Assist in the coordination of HR-related activities.

Office Administration:Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.Manage office adhoc administrative tasks.

General Support:Assist with organizing team meetings and events.Provide general support to other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:Experience:

1-3 years in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting/HR software (experience with SaaS tools is a plus).Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
