Troubleshooting - Awareness in managing -

In sync replicas• Under-replicated partitions, or too many partitions per topic• Unbalanced partition assignment• Unbalanced partition assignment• Offline partitions• Kafka Liveness Check Problems• Performance impact of New Brokers• Long-Term Storage Solution• Perfect Data Retention Settings• Upscaling and Topic Rebalancing• Issue with replicating the Topic Offsets with Mirror Maker.

Should have awareness in-• Unix, Shell scripting / any scripting awareness is an added advantage.• ITIL methodology• Skills in messaging system technologies desirable• Corresponding Incident- and problem-management process

Operational Support and awareness -

• L2 (Operational Support &Troubleshooting along with Deployment & configuration Knowhow)• Support new and changed applications in preproduction and production environments.• Ensure proper implementation in production environments.• Environment maintenance ensuring proper functionality of technical application interfaces.
