Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity,brief , values, and objectives, and translate them into comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic brand campaigns across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Lead and coordinate with the content, design, and strategy teams , internal teams in the development of creative assets, content calendars, and social media posts that align with the client's brand voice and messaging to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and brand management, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our client offerings.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on how to effectively leverage social media to achieve their business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage photo/video shoots for brand campaigns (products, influencer, or lifestyle)
- Ensure content is on-brand and high quality, keeping both creative vision and client feedback in mind
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Write and collaborate in caption , copy and hashtag strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and working on fast-turnaround timelines
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms
- Hands-on experience with Reel editing tools (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Rush, or mobile editing apps)
- Ability to shoot on smartphones or DSLRs (basic knowledge of framing, lighting preferred) and basic video editing
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Proven track record in brand strategy, brand management, and executing successful brand campaigns across social media platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of work experience in design or advertising agency
Education : Any Graduation
Work Model : Work from Office (On site)
Working Days : Monday to Friday (& any 2 Saturdays off)
Working Hours : 10:30am to 7:30pm
Salary Range : As per the industry standards
