Your Role:

The Senior Store Executive will be responsible for leading and managing a team of store executives to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. This includes overseeing inventory control, stock management, dispatch, and compliance, while monitoring KPIs and KRAs for both the team and the department. The role requires strong leadership and operational expertise to drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
     Supervise, guide, and monitor a team of store executives, ensuring smooth functioning of all store activities.
  • KPI & KRA Management:
     Define, track, and evaluate team members' performance against defined KPIs and KRAs (e.g., stock accuracy, order fulfillment, turnaround time, wastage control).
  • Store Operations:
     Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials in line with company policies.
  • Inventory Control:
     Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts/stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordination:
     Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
  • Process Improvement:
     Implement best practices for cost control, minimizing wastage, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Training & Development:
     Train and mentor store executives on processes, ERP/WMS usage, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Reporting:
     Prepare and present MIS/store reports (stock status, consumption, variance, wastage) to management.
