Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, banquets, and outdoor events.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate, wedding planners, event agencies, and travel trade partners.
  • Drive wedding & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business through strategic networking and marketing.
  • Maximize banquet and outdoor garden bookings for weddings, parties, and large gatherings.
  • Create seasonal offers & promotional packages to increase occupancy and banquet sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Conduct property show rounds for prospective clients to showcase facilities and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends & competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure excellent client servicing to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Represent the property at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, contacts, and client history.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals through proactive sales initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
