With the prospect of many new construction projects around the world in the very near future, this vacancy offers an interesting opportunity to join an internationally growing and ambitious organization.Position Summary:The Team Leader - Operations Support will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Operations Support team, which includes Stock Control Specialists and Data Analysts. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the team, providing guidance and support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Team Leader will report directly to the Head of DSC and will be based in Bengaluru, India and will work closely with the team in Breda and provide them with the needed reports and analyses.Main responsibilitiesLead and coordinate the Data Team (5 FTE)Manage backlog, assign tasks, monitor progress and deadlinesMake sure daily KPI consolidation is done correctly and on timeAlign priorities with DSC Manager (EU) and translate into team actionsGuide the team to deliver ad hoc analysis and dashboards based on site/management needsSupport team members with feedback, coaching, and developmentDo performance reviews and handle HR-related topicsImprove existing processes (daily KPI flow, QA checks, backlog management, reporting)Ensure good communication with DSC team in EUWhat we are looking forExperience in leading a data/analytics team (coordination + HR responsibility)Background in business analysis, logistics or supply chain is a strong advantageStrong communication skills to connect with EU colleagues and guide Indian teamExperience in process improvement (organizing work, defining structure, QA)Agile/Scrum mindset (formal certification not required)Servant leader style: focus on enabling the team to succeed, while following priorities from EUWe offerKey role in supporting the European Decision Support CentreOpportunity to lead a motivated team and shape ways of workingInternational exposure (daily contact with EU Operations Support Centre)Growth potential depending on performance and business needsNote: The Team Lead will guide the team, manage priorities and backlog, monitor progress, and improve the way of working .
