PREFERRED LOCATION: GURUGRAM, HARYANA

CTC Package: Range Rs 25 k - 30 k per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:


-Counselor will be responsible for telephonic contactability with the potential or existing Data/Leads and meet Application Conversions as per assigned target.

-Providing detailed information about Course of interest to the potential or existing leads/ applicants for the University.

-Answering questions telephonically as well as face to face and guide the aspirants about the Application Process, Course detail, Eligibility or any other related query.

-Meeting daily Calling target and Application conversions.

-Following the Department Protocal.


TASKS:

Daily Target based New Applications & Enrollment.

Follow up with Potential Leads & Data base.

Inviting Parents & Students to visit on Campus.

Responding to all Queries within 24 hours.

Minimize Untouched Leads in CRM.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Target Based New Enrollments


WORKING CONDITIONS Work from Campus, 6 Days working in a week


SKILLS

Should have excellent communication and listening skills.

Possess a polite and friendly personality.

Ability to think on your feet with a positive attitude.

Likes to take sales initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess at least one Bachelors degree in Science, Law, Business Studies or Commerce.

MBA will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Must carry at least one year full time TeleCounseling or TeleCalling experience in a College or University in NCR.


Location: The NorthCap University, Sector 23 A, HUDA Gurugram
