Director – Business Development, PACE Enrolment Solutions . This role requires a dynamic individual with proven expertise in promoting, selling, and expanding technology-enabled student enrolment solutions to global education institutions.The ideal candidate will bring strong business development skills, experience in tech implementation, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions to improve the student enrolment journey in the education sector. They will oversee the full lifecycle of business development, from identifying prospects to managing delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue GrowthPromote PACE Enrolment Solutions : Lead efforts to market and position PACE as the leading choice for enrolment services, tailored for educational institutions globally.Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing strategic deals.Revenue Target Achievement : Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals.Strategic Partnerships : Identify and develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and government agencies to expand service offerings and geographical reach.Market Expansion : Explore new markets and service lines to ensure consistent growth and alignment with global enrolment trends.2. Tech-Enabled InnovationTechnology Solutions : Leverage technology to deliver innovative enrolment services, including CRM platforms, AI-based assessment tools, and automation software.Digital Transformation : Guide clients on integrating and implementing technology solutions to enhance enrolment processes.Innovation Leadership : Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the education sector and continuously evolve PACE offerings to maintain competitive advantage.3. Delivery OversightService Excellence : Ensure that enrolment solutions are delivered with the highest quality, aligned with client expectations, and optimized for efficiency.Resource Allocation : Collaborate with operations teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring productivity and on-time delivery.Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, providing updates on delivery, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.4. Leadership & CollaborationTeam Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of business development managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align business strategies with service capabilities.Strategic Planning : Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic vision, focusing on growth and innovation in enrolment services.
Qualifications and ExperienceEssential QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.Experience :At least
12+ years of experience
in business development, with a focus on the education sector.Proven track record in promoting and selling
student enrolment solutions
to global markets.Experience in
technology implementation and digital transformation
within the enrolment space.Demonstrated success in managing large-scale service delivery operations.Preferred SkillsExpertise in using CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and automation software to optimize enrolment processes.Experience working with diverse global markets, including South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America.Strong understanding of visa, admissions, and enrolment processes for international students.Core CompetenciesBusiness Acumen : Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business development processes.Technology Leadership : Ability to identify and implement innovative tech solutions to address enrolment challenges.Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder management.Project Management : Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
