Role Description :
We are seeking a Director of Business to lead our business verticals, driving demand generation, revenue growth, and operational excellence. The role involves building and scaling in house operations. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Director at Nanogenius Technologies in New Delhi. The Business Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as business planning, team management, team leadership, sales activities, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business development efforts .
- Drive demand generation strategies and establish partnerships to boost revenue.
- Develop and execute plans to scale operations and manpower for assigned segments.
- Build and manage high-performing teams across verticals.
- Meet revenue and operational targets while optimizing resources.
- Monitor market trends and drive innovation in service offerings.
Preferred Profile :
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or leadership roles in the electronics/semiconductor industry.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Electronics Engineering or MBA in Business Management.
- Proven experience in scaling operations and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
