We believe in Confidence over all skin & body biases.Come, join the packRole Responsibilities: A comprehensive role which involves all aspects of businessAnalytical planning, range planning.Strong product knowledge, understanding of costing, fabric & trim knowledge, understanding of the current market.Improving buying margins for the brand.Introducing new raw materials including fabric & trimsShould have an understanding of how to optimize cost for productsManage assortment planning and working along with the central planning teamUnderstanding of competition brands in Personal care and FMCG.Collaborative PartnershipLiasoning with all stakeholders including sourcing, production, planning & PD teams.Coordinating with sales and marketing for the growth of categoryQualifications & Experience:● 1-3 years of experience with Personal care and FMCG background.● Packaging sourcing background● Familiarity with category management for relevant category.● Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.● Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.● Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.Social Media handles:Website - - Instagram - Contact us:Careers –
